Managing your health just got a whole lot easier. With the Rx365 App, you can skip the phone tag and take control of your prescriptions directly from your smartphone.
How to Download
You can access our mobile platform in two easy ways:
- Direct Link: Visit our official app page here to get started.
- App Stores: Search for “Rx365” in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Setting Up Your Account
Once the app is installed, you’ll need to securely link your profile to our system. To ensure your medical privacy, please have the following information ready:
- Full Name and Date of Birth.
- A Recent Prescription Number: This can be found on any of your current Howard’s Pharmacy medication labels.
Need help? If you don’t have a bottle nearby, just give us a call! We will be happy to provide you with a recent prescription number over the phone.

If you’re new to Howard’s Pharmacy, we’d love to have you. You can initiate a seamless transition by visiting our Transfer Prescriptions page.
Simply fill out the short online form with your current pharmacy’s details, and our team will handle the entire switching process for you. Once your prescriptions have been successfully moved to our system, you can complete your registration in the app to unlock all its features.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll have a full-service pharmacy in your pocket:
- Request Refills: Order your medications with just a few taps.
- Medication History: View a detailed list of your past and current prescriptions.
- Direct Messaging: Have a question? Message our pharmacy team securely at any time.
